One can encounter this particular Bagon at any random spot as he has a bad habit of hurling himself off cliffs and winding up in new, uncharted areas.

One can simply sum up Bagon in a couple of words, yet elaboration is necessary to get the entire prospective of this character. He was stubborn and oppositional, almost to the point in which suggesting something to him would make him do the complete opposite merely because another person suggested it. As such, it could be determined that he had at least some intelligence (though that is debatable considering how many times he's slammed his head into the ground) and had enough to be able to figure out medium-difficulty problems such as getting fruit from a tree. As is common with all other Bagons, he believed himself able to fly, and as such would commonly hurl himself from varying altitudes to test his theory further. An opportunist and scavenger, he was always ready to pass up food hanging in a tree for a much easier option of begging like a dog on the side of the road. Of course, such would often bring him closer to trainers than any wild Pokemon would ever desire, and as such he had turned away from a majority of humans, only ever coming forth to humor them with his presence should he be in need of entertainment or something to spice up his diet. Another trait common with himself and other Bagon is the fact that he is eager to battle in order to become stronger, believing that doing so will allow him to magically sprout wings in some fashion. Quite frankly, it was as if sometimes he went out of his way to cause trouble in order to merely cause a feud between himself and another Pokemon or human. To summarize, he was more trouble than he was worth.
