Appearance
For a young boy, Dominique doesn't look too bad. He isn't what girls would call 'hot', but he definitely has a cuteness factor that many people like. He stands at 5'4", and his lean frame of small yet well-built muscles make him weigh in at only one hundred fifteen pounds. If they had horse racing as a well-paying sport in the Unova region, he would be one of the best jockeys up for hire. His blond hair is rather unruly, and it sweeps off to the side. Yes, his hair is naturally like that. No amount of hair gel, spray, or water can tame his hair. He's tried before, and his hair just formed its natural spikes as soon as he turned his back on the mirror. Dominique seems to have gotten all the recessive traits from his family, as his blond hair is accent with stunning blue eyes. The rest of his family, however, have brown hair and blue eyes that have turned green with age. The boy wears just about anything, though a reoccurring theme in his attire is black and white.

Personality:
THE GOOD Dominique is a sweetheart. He doesn't like to see people down in the dumps, and he isn't one to just leave someone in their time of need. He's one of those boys you see walking old ladies across the street or even running after a man who snatched a woman's purse. He is loyal and supportive, and he is always willing to give a shoulder to cry on. During the time he was in school, many of his friends would often either call him or just show up at his house for various reasons, the main being to confide in him. He has never once told anybody what his friends had told him, and he doesn't show any signs of doing it now. He has an air of innocence to him that his mother once commented as 'relaxing' to be around. Sometimes people find it annoying, but those he grew up with never did.
THE BAD The boy's main negative trait is how easy it is to mold him to another's ideals. Some fancy words and you will have him doing your bidding. This isn't very helpful for the blond in a world were war is just around the corner... His loyalty is also a problem, as he sometimes becomes instantly attached to people. He likes to hang out with the 'riffraff' of the Pokemon world, believing there is beauty and good in them, and his loyalties seem to lie more with them at times. Dominique is also quite charming in both looks and personality, and some people have felt some sort of attraction towards him; however, he is also oblivious to emotions involving attraction and love. Dominique also believes that he is 'bad luck' to others because of many events in his childhood.

History
Dominique was born to a small French family living in Lucanosa Town in the Unova Region. He grew up poor as his father had lost his job only days after he was born. As soon as he was able to talk, his five year old sister made sure to nag and complain about the boy constantly. It was mainly because she was jealous that he was getting more attention that her, and she didn't like that their father lost his job. She started calling him 'Bad Luck', and the name somewhat stuck until elementary school. During the first grade, his mother was taken from them. She had contracted some strange illness that made her see hallucinations, and she walked into the Giant Chasm outside of town.
A month after that, their pet Lillipup died of an unknown illness. It was then that he started to truly believe that he was 'bad luck'. With that mindset, his grades started dropping. He would continually fret over the next 'victim' of his bad luck. When he entered the fifth grade, a new boy in town, probably around the eighth grade, was able to bring him out of the 'giant chasm' of his mind. For once, he was able to make a new friend, and his grades started increasing again. Alas, the friendship was shortly lived as his friend had to leave for the Hoenn region. Dominique was heartbroken from it, even though his friend promised to come back, and he wouldn't leave his room for a few days.
He soon recovered from the event, though there was always the little empty spot in his heart where his friend had filled while he was still in Unova. The boy continued on with life, starting to hang out more with the delinquents of the town. His father never minded, and his sister was too busy with school. He never did anything bad, unlike some would think. He just simply hanged out with them. The years progressed, and his thirteenth birthday lead to Dominique getting his first Pokemon, a Solosis named Autour. He had an instant connection with the little green... Cell. They went everywhere together! They really bonded when his sister took him to one of the Pokemon Musicals. Autour seemed to take a liking to the idea, and Dominique started training him for them.
His first musical was a flop, but they didn't let it get to them. They just kept training and perfecting... Everything! Now, at age fifteen, Dominique mainly sticks close to his home town. He only travels for contests and musicals, and he stays in Lacumosa Town just in case his friend comes back. After all, his friend made a promise to come back once he graduated...
